My Story

When I was a little girl, I had a hard time. I was behind in school because the new school I moved to was a grade a head of my last school. I had a very hard time talking in general because of my speech problems. I was also teased and bullied by other kids because of the speech issues and whatever else they could think of. They called me names and spat on my backpack, hoping that I would put it on my back. My parents refuse to have the school pull me back a grade. They kept pushing me so that I could at least have a chance to keep up with the rest of the class.

I felt alone. I felt like I was a little bug trying to hold up a massive boulder that was continually getting bigger.

Until one day, I decided that this world sucks. There was only one thing to do in this situation!  Make my own world! This world would have dragons and plants that talked to you. There would be grand quests and adventures to be had. There would be pirates that rode in flying airships and exotic animals that no one has seen before. More importantly, there would be people who cared for one another. This new world of mine helped me get through those tough years at school and those social issues.

This is my quest: to create worlds that people could escape too. Of course now that I am older (but still in my 20s) the world…is less sucky. There are different kinds of stresses that we have to conquer and different levels of responsibility we have to take care of.  I want to help relieve that stress. I want to help release that same stress I had as a kid where I felt like the world was trying it’s very best to crush my spirits. Creating my own world allowed me to escape, have fun, lift my spirits and learn lessons about myself. With the lessons I learned, I came back to reality and took on the stresses one at a time. I want to help others do the same. Come, get lost in my worlds, discover new creatures, new adventures, and hopefully learn something new. 

Why Blog

To spread the imagination! I cannot help people if they do not know about me and my mission. I want to bring people into my world and show how imagination can bring light to all of life. It will help organize my thoughts and crazy ideas in one place. And I get to show off a little. :)
